A Escola Profissional de Setúbal (EPS) é um estabelecimento de ensino profissional que tem a missão de: Contribuir para a formação integral dos jovens, proporcionando-lhes, designadamente, preparação adequada para um exercício profissional qualificado;

  • Desenvolver mecanismos de aproximação com as instituições económicas, profissionais, associativas, sociais, culturais, do respetivo tecido social;
  • Facultar aos alunos contactos com o mundo do trabalho e experiência profissional, preparando-os para uma adequada inserção socioprofissional;
  • Promover, juntamente com outros agentes e instituições locais, a concretização de um projeto de formação de recursos humanos qualificados que responda às necessidades do desenvolvimento integrado do País, particularmente nos âmbitos regional e local;
  • Facultar aos alunos uma sólida formação geral, científica e tecnológica, capaz de os preparar para a vida ativa, sem prejuízo da possibilidade de prosseguimento de estudos superiores.

CONTEXT OF PROJECT:
The Environment.Skills project made stronger that EE is a broad concept implying many different aspects of life
(personal, professional, etc.) and through the project development the environmental themes have been integrated to
the curricula of participants and educative institutions.
The Environment.Skills project created best possibilities for shaping people’s value orientations. The project moulded a new way to implement EE, showing as sustainable development is a system of knowledge, skills, attitudes and value
orientations, which made people conscious of the relations of the natural, economic, and socio-cultural environment,
focusing thereby on the idea of sustainable development.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:
Within the project, NTM strengthened and working-out on the components of environmental education, as:
-Awareness and sensitivity to the environment and environmental challenges
-Knowledge and understanding of the environment and environmental challenges
-Attitudes of concern for the environment and motivation to improve or maintain environmental quality
-Skills to identify and help resolve environmental challenges
-Participation in activities that lead to the resolution of environmental challenges.

 

NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:
Environment.Skills addressed to 21 participants in VET, divided in:
-16 NTM teaching staff, for a training period abroad of 6 days, excluding travel;
-5 learners studying environmental management subjects, for a training period abroad of 13 days, excluding travel;
-6 extra participants have been calculated but this flow has been canceled for Covid19 pandemic.
Educational background referred to the sectors of the environmental subjects, biological, organic, sustainable,
managerial and communicative activities connected to the environmental education, training and management context and equivalent.

ACTIVITIES:
The Environment.Skills gave the opportunity to do an internship VET (NTM teaching staff and learners in EE and
environment management), thematic EE and sustainable development, for staff and learners, bearing the added value
of internationality. The training activities referred therefore to a full-immersion experience in environmental realities and entities of a different European country (Italy), through a process of effective depth and targeted training.

The training process in the selected as talented foreign entity, strategic for practing and developing training and
educational environmental activities, allowed participants to acquire knowledge and develop managerial, training and
communicative skills connected to the EE, sustainable development and environment management.

METHODOLOGY:
Environment.Skills empowered individuals and communities to become agents of change to achieve the well-being of
the human race without compromising that of future generations. It applied holistic approaches to target the
environmental, economic and social well-being of the human race and the whole planet.
The project chose Italy as European country of destination, for its characteristics and its neighborhood to Malta, close
for distance but especially for the similar Mediterranean environmental contexts.

NTM, applicant organisation, worked synergistically with the foreign intermediary and hosting company located in the
foreign Country. The entire partnership (national and foreign) is, by missions, addicted to encourage KNOWLEDGE and SECTORAL SKILLS, operating with synergistic action between EDUCATION and VOCATIONAL WORK TRAINING, encouraging the development of education and management skills and the attainment of qualifications for fill in the gaps at skills level.

RESULTS:
-high feedback on the national educational, entrepreneurial and environmental context.
-enhancement of synergy environment-education-economy.
-creation of a pool of national HR strategic to encourage adaptation and innovation and to support the strengthening of environmental policies in many different sector.
-partecipatory presence and importance of interactions between Countries.

IMPACT:
The impact is strong on the environmental education concept: is a driving force to obtain a qualitatively high feedback
on the national EE and sustainable development context; it also created a pool of national human resources strategic to encourage adaptation and innovation and to support the strengthening of environmental policies in the educational and managerial sectors of environment context in Malta.

On the LONG TERM, the Environment.Skills project:
-with the added value of internationality, generated broadmindedness and adaptation and provided the right tools to
compete in this specific context;
-with its objectives, is contributing to the environmental challenges so that the EU can becoming the most competitive
and dynamic knowledge-based economy in the world.

We are happy and satisfied that at the end, despite Covid19 challenges, we completed all mobilities and objectives.

 

Alunos Erasmus em Rovigo da Escola Profissional de Setúbal, decorreu em contexto Europeu, no âmbito do Programa ERASMUS. Esta experiência permite que os alunos promovam a sua autonomia e responsabilidade, reforçando as competências essenciais e transversais, nomeadamente aprendizagem de línguas e competências digitais, consolidando valores como inclusão, diversidade, tolerância e participação democrática, conhecimento e respeito pelo património europeu comum.

Para todos os alunos, este estágio correspondeu ao primeiro momento de FCT, dos dois que integram o plano curricular dos respetivos Cursos.

Foram distribuídos por 3 países (Itália, Espanha e Alemanha), alunos dos seguintes cursos: Técnico de Gestão de Equipamentos Informáticos; Técnico de Turismo; Técnico/a Mecatrónica Automóvel; Técnico/a de Comunicação – Marketing, Relações Públicas e Publicidade; Técnico/a Auxiliar de Farmácia e Técnico de Gestão e Programação de Sistemas Informáticos, correspondentes a 8 destinos: Rovigo (Itália); Xàtiva, Tarragona, San Sebastian, Málaga, Lugo, Badalona (Espanha) e Leverkusen (Alemanha).

Para facilitar a sua integração, todos os alunos foram acompanhados por professores, que tiveram oportunidade de observar os locais onde os alunos iriam ficar instalados e onde iriam decorrer os respetivos estágios.

O processo que envolveu a organização destes estágios, resulta de um contacto próximo com parceiros (Escolas e Empresas), que tem vindo a ser consolidado ao longo dos anos e que é essencial para que possamos alcançar os objetivos previstos para o Programa ERASMUS em articulação com o Perfil dos Alunos à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória, uma vez que “Educar no século XXI exige a perceção de que é fundamental conseguir adaptar-se a novos contextos e novas estruturas, mobilizando as competências, mas também estando preparado para atualizar conhecimentos e desempenhar novas funções”.

Os alunos dos Cursos de Ensino Artístico IAI encontram-se, de 12 de outubro a 07 de novembro, a realizar um estágio em Itália – Rovigo, no âmbito do Programa Erasmus + – “European Skills”. Para além da experiência profissional e académica os alunos aproveitam para conhecer a história e património do país, visitando, entre outros locais, Veneza e Florença.

Mobilità individuale nel settore dell’istruzione e della formazione (“Training Hard for Working Smart”).

La nostra entità è partner del progetto assegnatario di un contributo messo a disposizione dall’ISFOL di Roma (Agenzia Nazionale per il Programma dell’Unione Europea Erasmus+) per
l’istituzione di borse di mobilità europea nell’ambito della formazione scuola/lavoro.

Presentazione
Il progetto Erasmus+  mira a migliorare la qualitá e l’efficacia dell’istruzione, permettendo agli studenti dell’ultimo biennio e ai neo-diplomati di acquisire:

– Management competences: promozione di una formazione continua e professionale per giovani VET Learners al fine di adattarsi a nuovi ambienti professionali e tecnologici attraverso
diversi livelli di apprendimento (formale, non formale e informale), con la possibilità di acquisire e migliorare la flessibilità e le competenze gestionali nel settore dell’imprenditorialità;

– European dimension: esplorare le eccellenze estere europee presenti sui territori dei 3 Paesi esteri di ricezione Malta, Spagna e Portogallo, tutte aperte ai mercati internazionali,
creando nuovi contatti e potenziando la competitività di giovani risorse italiane, che diventeranno più forti grazie all’esperienza internazionale; comprendere i nuovi standard
europei di qualità nel campo dell’imprenditorialità e dell’internazionalizzazione aziendale;

– Language competences: migliorare la comunicazione e le competenze linguistiche, in particolare con l’uso di lingue internazionali importanti quali l’inglese e lo spagnolo,
fondamentali anche sotto il punto di vista del business;

– Curriculum: lo sviluppo di nuove competenze professionali specifiche nel campo imprenditoriale ed una reale valutazione dell’importanza delle interazioni economiche tra
sistemi diversi.

Il progetto offre la possibilità di questa esperienza SMART a 50 partecipanti che saranno così suddivisi:

– Periodo di mobilità di 4 settimane per 30 studenti in corso delle classi quarte. Settore economico: Amministrazione Finanza e Marketing (AFM), Relazioni Internazionale per il
Marketing (RIM), Sistemi Informativi Aziendali(SIA), Turismo. Settore tecnologico: Grafica & Comunicazione. Istruzione professionale: Servizi Commerciali.

Alunos dos Cursos de Ensino Artístico Especializado viajam até Itália, no âmbito do Programa Erasmus + e, durante 27 dias têm a possibilidade de realizar um estágio profissional, enquadrados em empresas italianas, ao mesmo tempo que experienciam uma realidade cultural diferente e têm assim possibilidade de alargar horizontes.

Ricevuta a palazzo Nodari l’associazione Muoversi.eu con una delegazione portoghese

L’assessore al Bilancio e Gemellaggi Susanna Garbo, ha ricevuto oggi a palazzo Nodari, l’associazione Muoversi.eu con una delegazione dell’Agenzia Nazionale portoghese a Rovigo per il programma ErasmusPlus insieme ad 8 ragazzi portoghesi che saranno due mesi a Rovigo, impegnatiin attività lavorative.
“Ogni volta che incontro persone di altre nazionalità – ha detto Garbo – è per me motivo di grande entusiasmo. E’ bello sapere che Rovigo si apre a questi progetti e siamo felici che la nostra città vi accolga. Auspico che le aziende del territorio possano darvi il loro know how e che un giorno possiate tornare arricchiti di questa e di alter esperienze”.
“Da 9 anni – ha spiegato Luca Fonti, presidente di Muoversi.eu -, riproponiamo un progetto che ha avuto grande successo, dove nel corso delle edizioni che si sono susseguite abbiamo coinvolto enti ed uffici comunali della città, musei, istituti scolastici e aziende del tessuto produttivo di Rovigo, ad ospitare in stage studenti in formazione provenienti da istituti stranieri ( Portogallo, Malta, Grecia ed Estonia), per far conoscere la nostra lingua, le nostre dinamiche aziendali e la nostra città, e allo stesso modo abbiamo inviato nelle città estere i nostri ragazzi ( in questo 2017 abbiamo inviato con borsa di studio Erasmus+ circa 50 ragazzi della ragioneria a: Malta, Portogallo e Spagna).
Per il successo ottenuto negli anni passati e fino ad oggi – ha proseguito Fonti -, l’ente partner portoghese – Escola Profissional Cidenai di Sao Tirso – con cui ormai lavoriamo da diverso tempo, ha scelto la nostra associazione Muoversi.eu, come esempio di buone prassi e come migliore ente estero ricevente. Ci ha quindi contattato per una visita in loco su Rovigo, con la partecipazione speciale dell’Agenzia Nazionale portoghese per il Programma ErasmusPlus, che ha mandato un loro funzionario in visita a Rovigo”.
Obiettivo della visita é quello di verificare il modus operandi dell’associazione, nella gestione degli stagisti in formazione professionale, di conoscere personalmente Muoversi.eu, la città di Rovigo e di incontrare le aziende e gli istituti presso cui i ragazzi svolgeranno il progetto di mobilitá ErasmusPlus.
“Questo riconoscimento – ha detto il sindaco Massimo Bergamin -, rappresenta motivo di soddisfazione sia per la vostra associazione che per tutta la città. Speriamo che questi progetti si arricchiscano sempre più di belle esperienze”.
All’incontro hanno partecipato, oltre a Luca Fonti: Ricardo Sampaio – direttore della “Escola profisional de serviço Cidenei, con la quale Rovigo ha già un’amicizia in quanto invia e riceve studenti ed insegnanti con le principali scuola della città, Liceo PAleocapa, ITIS e IIS De Amicis; Elda Dias – funzionaria dell’Agenzia Nazionale portoghese ErasmusMais, Neusa Ariana Soares Veloso – European Project Manager della Priority Abilities do Porto e 8 alunni portoghesi che vivranno per 2 mesi nella nostra città e che saranno impiegati in stage insieme alle aziende e agli istituti scolastici.

Muoversi.eu che è un’associazione formativo-culturale con sede a Rovigo che si occupa principalmente delle attività legate alla formazione correlata ai programmi d’intervento comunitari e internazionali di mobilità.
Funge da ente di invio e accoglienza e provvede quindi all’organizzazione e alla gestione di progetti, sia per quanto riguarda la parte logistica sia per quanto compete la parte più strettamente connessa alla formazione linguistica e/o all’inserimento dei partecipanti in aziende, enti ed organizzazioni, ai fini dello svolgimento dello stage formativo.

On May 9th the classes A and I B of the Istituto Parenzo di Rovigo they have made an ecological and economical trip by bike. ROVIGO The schools were accompanied by 4 teachers, including the prof.ssa Damiana Targa who organized the thing and 4 volunteers from the F.I.A.B (Italian Federation of Bike Friends) who were in charge of check the good performance of the safety trip for the students.

The boys and carers climbed on their bikes around the clock 9:00. Departed from Via Parenzo, crossed the Corso del Popolo of Rovigo, the group has embarked on the San Pio X district.

After a short journey in this area, the location of Roverdicrè and with favorable weather the two school groups they continued on a dirt road, among verdant and sparse fields houses many of which are renovated and beautiful. After a brief stop to visit the Grignano Fornace Fonti, he resumed a little energies, the participants arrived in the square of this village.

This locality while being surrounded by countryside, it is very expanded in these last years and has several new neighborhoods. Get off the bikes all have made a short visit listening and observing what the teachers They explained.
